Tardor Amaro

Meaning “Autumn” in Catalan, Tardor is our most beloved amaro, admired for its balance and complexity. Crafted with citrus, sloes, native quandong, anise myrtle, mint, and more than a dozen other botanicals, it reflects the richness of the season and the artistry of its design. Interestingly, it was originally developed with input from a well-known Dutch psychiatrist — who has asked to remain unnamed.

Nose

Palate
Rich and layered. Berry-forward with the tartness of sloe and quandong, balanced by the sweetness of citrus and the green, herbal lift of anise myrtle and mint. Complex but seamless, every sip reveals a new shade.

Smooth, lingering, and harmonious — the berry notes fade into gentle bitterness, leaving a refreshing aftertaste that calls you back for another sip.
