The distillery is yours for the night
People keep asking whether they can have their birthday here, or bring the whole workplace down for Christmas. The answer is yes. We close the doors to everyone else, Joe gets behind the bar, and the shed and courtyard are yours.
- Up to 20 guests — the bar in the shed plus the open-air courtyard.
- $1,200 minimum spend — not a hire fee. It all goes on cocktails, tastings and bottles to take home.
- Any date by arrangement — including days we are normally closed.
- The distiller pours — drinks made with the spirits distilled a few metres from your table.
- Fair warning: the courtyard is open-air and there is no wet-weather room, so we will help you pick a date with the season in mind.

Two hours at the still: more than twenty botanicals to handle, heads, hearts and tails, and ten tastings — with 20% off any bottle you buy on the day. $110 a head, and it makes a fine gift or a small-group outing in its own right.
