Join us in the distillery for a pour at the source. Book a table for your crew and taste spirits straight from the still, with the distiller close enough to answer back. Bookings at the bar allow for in-depth conversations with the distiller, and sittings run for 60 minutes.
One hour sittings
Settle in and taste properly. No one hurries you out the door.
Shed, courtyard or bar
Pick your exact table on the floor plan, or grab a stool at the bar.
Don't risk it — book
Two tables in the shed, two in the courtyard, and a row of stools at the bar. When they are gone, they are gone.
Walk-ins welcome
If there is room we will find you a seat. A booking makes it certain.
