Saturday 2:00pm to 4:00pm the room is given over to the distillers workshop. Tables and walk-ins from 4:15pm.
A Note from the Distiller
Even outside of my usual trading hours you’ll generally find me in the distillery Tuesday through to Saturday. I am experimenting and playing with new batches (though I don’t call it work).
I can’t promise I’ll always be there outside of the posted trading hours — life happens — but if you knock on the door and I’m inside, I’ll open up. You might even get roped into helping me decide between option A or B.
If you’d like to be sure I’m around, on a Tuesday or Wednesday just call ahead and I’ll do my best to be there.
I am usually not in the distillery on Sunday and Monday but you are welcome to check.
