A Note from the Distiller

Most days you’ll find me in the distillery, experimenting and playing with new batches (though I don’t call it work).

I can’t promise I’ll always be there — life happens — but if you knock on the door and I’m inside, I’ll open it. You might even get roped into helping me decide between option A or B.

If you’d like to be sure I’m around, just call ahead and I’ll do my best to be there.
