Our Story
At The Law Artisan Distillery, we believe that small really is beautiful.
From our tiny 25 m² shed in Maroochydore, we produce spirits with big character, crafted in a 120 L pot still using hands-on, small-batch techniques.
Our gins, vodkas, amari, and liqueurs are made with care, curiosity, and a deep connection to the Sunshine Coast. Many of our botanicals come from nearby gardens, and backyards.. When fruit is in season and herbs are abundant, their essence is captured in our bottles, preserved long after the harvest.
Every batch is a collaboration: between distiller and community, between local growers and curious drinkers. When you step into the distillery bar, you’re not just tasting a spirit — you’re seeing the process up close, discovering how botanicals transform, and becoming part of the story yourself.
Our mission is simple: to craft distinctive spirits that capture the wondrous flavours the natural world offers us – locally and worldwide.
