Maroochy Dry Gin

Our foundation gin — the base from which many of our other gins have grown. Maroochy Dry is juniper-forward in the classic tradition, yet built with a citrus edge.

Nose
Bright lemon and grapefruit, supported by a resinous juniper backbone. Subtle earthy undertones from angelica and orris give balance, while a whisper of liquorice root adds intrigue.

Palate
Clean, crisp and citrus-heavy. The zest of orange and grapefruit shines through, lifted by coriander’s lemon note. Juniper is ever-present, giving structure, while the roots provide a gentle depth.

Finish
Dry, lingering and refreshing — with a slight herbal bitterness from the roots and a pleasant citrus oil echo.

Designed to go beautifully with tonic and in cocktails. Add ice, tonic and a wedge of grapefruit for a perfect G&T. Watch as the gin turns slightly blue when mixed — a playful show of its generous botanical load.
