Sloe Gin

This spirit is prized more than any other gin for its versatility. Use it to add complex berry notes to almost any cocktail. Our Sloe Gin is a 50:50 blend of our Tarragon Gin and Maroochy Dry Gin, macerated with a boatload of sloe berries and rested for 10 weeks in the barrel. The result is deeply berry-forward with a dry edge, marzipan on the finish, and a subtle herbal lift from tarragon. Slightly sweetened, but drier than most traditional sloe gins.

Nose: Ripe berries with almond-like marzipan notes and a gentle herbal whisper.

Palate: Rich sloe fruit dominates, layered with juniper depth, softened by a touch of sweetness.

Finish: Long and elegant, with berry richness and the faint savoury-sweet note of tarragon.

Neat (Distiller’s Recommendation)

Best enjoyed straight, no ice. This showcases the berry depth and complex finish.

With Ice or Soda

Over ice, it opens up with a softer berry freshness.

With soda water, it makes a lighter, spritzy alternative for warm days.

With Tonic

Sloe Gin & Tonic: bittersweet and refreshing, a twist on the classic. Garnish with an orange slice.
